Arrival by car is usually via the nearby A2 highway, the exit of which is only 2 km away.

The hotel has its own parking lot.
The parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
However, experience has shown that there are enough spaces for our guests in our parking lot and within walking distance.
We do not yet have an e-charging station.
Currently central charging stations:
Ionity fast-charging park (6× CCS) at Pott’s Brauerei – ideal for quick interim charges
Westfalen filling station In der Geist (1× CCS, 2× type 2) – good mix of normal and fast charging options
Also recommended and close by:
Bernhard-Raestrup-Platz (2x type 2) in the city center approx. 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel
Leave Oelde station through the main entrance and follow Bahnhofstraße for about 300 meters. This merges seamlessly into Lange Straße – just stay on the straight road. After a total of approx. 500 m you will reach our Hotel Engbert (Lange Straße 24/26) on the right-hand side. The walk only takes about 5 minutes.
The short journey is ideal if you want to reach us comfortably and directly with larger luggage or after a long day of traveling.
For cyclists we offer a lockable bicycle garage.
You will receive an access code from us so that all cyclists can access their bikes individually. Are you traveling with a larger group?
Then please let us know so that we can reserve a separate garage for you if necessary.
Do you need an air pump or repair kit? Please contact our reception and we will be happy to help you.

Dogs and cats up to knee height are allowed on request and at a price of €15 per night in a few designated rooms.
We have a set with a cuddly blanket and food and water bowls, which we are happy to make available to you.
Pets are not allowed in our breakfast room.
